CITY NEWS.

This morning Mr. F. L. Wachtell received from Covington, Ky., a very fine pair of Elk antlers, measuring four and one-half feet from tip to tip and standing four feet in height. They are a present from Bro. Dan Hemingray to Muncie Lodge No. 245, B. P. O. E.
