CELEBRATING THE SALE.

Dr. A. K. Smith and Mr. L. Over at the former's home on East Jackson street last evening, were hosts to an elaborate stag party. The event was given to celebrate the sale of the two window glass factories. Music for the evening was furnished by a handsome music box. The spacious rooms were the scenes of artistic decorations in harmony with the present season and it was in the richest of this that a ten-course dinner was served. Mr. J. E. Van Derverter of Anderson was the honorary guest and the others present were: Messrs. Ralph Hemingray, William Gill, Isaac Humphrey, Walter L. Ball, J. R. Johnson, Clinton Milligan, and George Cobb.
