THE WORMSERS HAVE GOTTEN themselves into a box by employing boys under the age required by law in their glass factory. Mr. Wormser seems to think the Flint Glass Worker's Union had something to do with it. Perhaps it did, and it might not be a bad idea for all unions to bring about reforms in such matters also.
