Isaac Wormser treated leniently on guilty charge

MR. ISAAC WORMSER, of the Wormser Glass Co., was treated leniently by Judge Stowe on his plea of guilt to the charge of having violated the law in regard to the employment of child-labor, the difference in the case being regarded as a technical breach of the statute more than anything else. He was fined $5 and costs.
