AFFAIRS OF THE BREWERY POTTERY CO.


 

FREDERICK A. DUGGAN has been discharged by Judge Kirkpatrick from the receivership of the Brewer Pottery Co., of Trenton, N. J. He was appointed in April, 1897. The amounts received from the sales of the company's property aggregated $35,679.63, of which $31,990.68 has been paid in wages and to other persons holding preferred claims. This leaves $3,706.75 to be distributed among unsecured creditors, whose claims figure up to $19,443.74.
