A peculiar suit against the Thomas China Co., Lisbon, O., by the C. W. Raymond Co., Dayton, O., is now in the United States Circuit Court, Cleveland. The Raymond Co. sues the Thomas Co. for balance on pottery machinery $2,388.31, while the Thomas China Co. puts in a cross bill asking $6,000 for defects in machinery — over double the balance claimed due.
