Twenty-five members of the American Ceramic Society visited Trenton last Thursday at the close of their annual meeting in Philadelphia. While here they were shown through the plant of Lenox, Incorporated, Cook Pottery Co., Thos. Maddock's Sons Co., Robertson Art Tile Co., and the Golding Flint and Spar Co. The visitors included Herbert W. Moore, Moorestown; C. H. Griffin and Geo. N. Jefferson, Worcester, Mass.; Alfred T. Paran, Chicago; F. J. Tone, Niagara Falls; Araison E. Ashley, John Sant and J. M. Manor, East Liverpool; C. W. Parmalee, New Brunswick; Arthur S. Watts, Victor, N. Y.; Allerton S. Cushman, Washington; A. R. Campbell, Tottenville, N. Y.; Mark Ogan, Otto Heensil, L. M. Minshaw and S. Geysbeck, St. Louis; Francis H. Hastings, Hartford, Conn.; Chas T. Hieks, Drake, Ill; Wm D Gates, Terra Cotta; W. D. Richards, Ellis Lovejoy, S. B. Coulter and Edw Orton, Columbus, O.; and Chas H. Kerr, Philadelphia. During their stay here the members of the delegation were entertained by a committee composed of representatives of local concerns as follows: Edw. C. Stover, Geo. C. Crossley, H. C. Taylor, T. H. Fetter, J. L. Whittaker, Chas. Weelans, Chas. P. Britton, E. C. Golding, Everitt Townsend, H. C. Mueller, C. T. Clarke and A. D. Forst.
