DEATHS AND FUNERALS
ARTHUR J. CAMPBELL. Arthur J. Campbell, 33, an employee of the Owens-Illinois Glass company, and former resident of Muncie, Ind., died at midnight in the home, 344 Elmwood avenue, of pneumonia. He had been ill the past 10 days. He was born Aug. 29, 1891, in Muncie and came to Newark 14 months ago being associated with the Owens-Illinois company. He was president of group 3 of the Onized club of the company and secretary and treasurer of the central group of the club. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Blanche Campbell and two sons, Donald and Eugene; his mother, Mrs. Jeanette Campbell of Muncie, Ind., and four sisters. The body will be taken to Muncie Friday for funeral services and burial. Funeral directors, Householder company. |
