BELL POTTERY IN RECEIVER'S HANDS.

It is reported tha the Bell Pottery Co., Columbus, O., by consent of its creditors, has passed into the hands of a receiver. The assets are declared to be in excess of the company's liabilities, but it is said that threats of suits by creditors forced the shutdown. The plant has been operated about two years and employed about 100 workmen. A. S. Hughes was manager.
