Pittsburgers May Buy Bell Pottery.

Advices from Columbus, O., are to the effect that Pittsburg men acquainted with the pottery business and figuring on the purchase of the Bell Pottery Co.'s plant and that their representatives were in conference with the receivers of that property recently. Last Saturday the receivers of the Bell Pottery Co. failed to secure a bid for the plant or the land owned by the company when it was offered at public sale. The property includes 138.81 acres of land in Franklin county, O., the plant proper and another plant at Findlay. The whole was appraised at $216,890.
