The C.N.R. Helps Out in the King
Edward Memorial Fund.
Five thousand dollars from the Canadian Northern Railway and $4,000 from Mr. Ralph King of the Diamond Flint Glass Company, Ltd., were encouraging additions to the King Edward Memorial Fund for the close of last week. The trustees of the National Sanitarium Association are hoping for other generous gifts before the month ends, as they are still unable to claim Lord Strathcona’s $100,000 as the final cheque of the million.
