J. C. MALCOLMSON DEAD.

 

Mr. John C. Malcolmson of Rusholme road, who died on Thursday at his home, was seventy-two years of age. He was born in the Orkney Islands and came to Canada when a boy with his parents, settling in Hamilton. Twenty years ago he became one of the promoters of the Dia­mond Glass Company of this city, and was actively connected with the com­pany until six years ago, when he retired. In politics he was a Liberal, and was a member of Chalmers’ Presbyterian Church, being Manager of the congregation for many years. He is survived by Mrs. Malcolmson, four sons and five daugh­ters. The funeral will be held at 2:30 this afternoon to Prospect Cemetery.
