Mrs. Doyle Suing.

 

Mrs. Mary Doyle is suing the Diamond Flint Glass Company in the Assize Court before Mr. Justice Idington, claim­ing $5,000 damages for the death of her husband, who was killed by a flywheel in the defendant's factory. The company plead contributory negligence, and also set up a document signed by Mrs. Doyle, by which they claim she released the company on payment of $250. H. J. Koch was awarded $950 in his suit against the W. B. Reid Company.
