New high voltage insulator. The Fig. 34 shows a new high voltage insulator, which was recently launched by Fred M. Locke in Victor, N. Y. The same consists, as can be seen, of three porcelain bells fused together by a layer of glaze. The insulator sits downwards into a porcelain neck, through which the nozzle passes.
