East Liverpool, O., June. 8. — Following the completion of stocktaking and other matters in connection with the consolidation of the Anderson Electric, G. F. Brunt and Ohio Porcelain Co.'s of East Liverpool, the plants of the United States Porcelain Co. at New Cumberland, W. Va., and Findlay, O., and three concerns at Trenton, N. J., operations resumed in full Monday by the holding company of New Jersey.

It is said the office force of the various companies in the consolidation have already been decreased, while further discharges will occur. The main office of the company in the Potters Savings & Loan Co.'s building in this city has been opened. Steps will be taken to open an office in Trenton, N. J.
