According to rumors in circulation at East Liverpool the past week the United States Porcelain Co., operating plants at New Cumberland, W. Va., and Findlay, O., which are affiliated with the General Porcelain Co. of New Jersey, with headquarters in East Liverpool, is contemplating the erection of either an addition to its New Cumberland factory or possibly a new plant. When approached on the proposition a member of the company said there was no truth in the report. However, he reported business comparatively good, but the conditions do not seem to warrant any additional quarters.
