NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS.

To Charles H. Zwick, George W. Brooks, the Hemingray Glass company and all others whom this may concern:

You arc hereby notified that the Common Council of the city of Muncie, Indiana, will, at a regular meeting on the 27th day of June, 1904, confirm or modify City Commissioners' second report in the matter of assessing the cost of the improvement of Ohmer avenue from the east curb line of Macedonia avenue, east to the city limits, in the city of Muncie, Ind.

Witness the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of said city, this the l4th day of June, 1904.
