OFFICIAL

A regular meeting of the City Council of Covington, Ky., was held in Council Chambers Thursday evening, Sept. 4, 1884, President Coflin in the chair and all the members present except Mr. Kennedy.

Same presented a communication from Daniel C. Hemingray, asking permission to tap sewer on Greenup street, between Seventh and Eighth. Referred to Committee on Sewers, with power to act, and work to be done under supervision of the Superintendent of Public Works.

Upon motion Council adjourned.
