LOCAL NEWS.

The following amounts will be paid by the city to the persons named for property condemned in opening Washington street from Third to the Ohio river: Hemingray Glass Co., $1,050; W.W. Russell $1,500; executors of F. A. Russell $1,400; Pollack Wilson $1,850. The taxes on property improved by opening said street will be increased in proportion.
