The following amounts will be paid by the city to the persons named for property condemned in opening Washington street from Third to the Ohio river: Hemingray Glass Co., [dollar: $1,050]; W.W. Russell [dollar: $1,500]; executors of F. A. Russell [dollar: $1,400]; Pollack Wilson [dollar: $1,850]. The taxes on property improved by opening said street will be increased in proportion.
