Criminal Court.

Nov. 17. — Court convened this morning with Judge Perkins on the bench. Sheriff Leathers, Frank Hasemler and Nick Corcoran, and deputies were sworn in. W. W. Wood admitted as a practicing attorney.

The trial in the case of Mary Cross, arrested on a peace warrant, is set for third day.

The following are the grand jury for this term. Hiram Bowen, foreman; Geo. A. Argus, Thomas J. Kieley, O. P. Fairchild, Robert Hemingray, W. A. Dietrick, August Degginger, J. J. Murnan, John Millichamp, Henry Drexellus, Geo. H. Loebbe, J. B. Mersman, J. H. Deglow, Joe. Bryan, Wm. Clark, Geo. Schieutker.
