Criminal Court.
The Kenton Criminal Court reassembled this morning, pursuant to Monday's adjournment, and the following business was transacted:

Commonwealth vs. Mary Cross, peace warrant; bond of $1,000 required.

The court will remain in session until the grand jury get through with the business before them, when it will adjourn to December 4th, on which day the above cases are set for trial.
