ARTICLES of incorporation of the Covington Roller Skating Rink were filed with the County Clerk yesterday afternoon. The incorporators are Chas. C. Boyd, Edward H. Ernst, Dan'l C. Hemingray, Ranson Payne, and Geo. W. Greene. The business of the corporation is stated to be the erection of a building for roller skating purposes. The capital stock is $10,000. The incorporation is for the term of 25 years.
