A MEETING was held yesterday of the stockholders of the Covington Skating Rink Company. Ransom Payne, Esq., was chosen president and business manager, Daniel Hemingray, vice-president, and Ed Ernst secretary and treasurer. The managers hope to have the rink open by the first of the year.
