A Neat Capture.

The tobacco factory of Noonan & Hart has been broken into at night and robbed of plug tobacco several times during the past two weeks. Captain Goodson was notified and he put several of his men at work to ferret out the robber. Officers Mike Bolan and O'Hara became convinced that Henry Hamlin was the guilty party, and arrested him this morning. His house was searched and a tobacco box found, which Mr. Noonan identified as one that had been stolen.

They also secured a piece of tobacco of Noonan & Hart brand from a colored man named Charley Coleman, an employee of the Glass-house. He says he bought it from Hamlin. Hamlin has been selling the tobacco to other parties also, at a very low price. The charge of house-breaking and larceny was preferred against him. He stands a good chance of going to the pen.
