A Gigantic Scheme.

 

PITTSBURG, April 18. — The National Flint and Lime Glass Association is considering the advisability of establishing a pool for the disposition of the product of table ware factories in Pittsburg, Wheeling, and vicinity. The details of the plan are not yet marked out, but would consist in the practical consolidation of the factories included in the pool into one gigantic concern, to be managed by a Commissioner, with power to regulate production and prices and settle wage disputes.
