All the glass makers' unions in the Ohio valley have met within the last ten days or two weeks and unanimously decided to agree to the proposition made by the French consul to the effect that he will send back to France the French glass workers in Canada if the American Glass Workers' Association pay two-thirds of the expenses while he pays the other third. It is thought that the movement will meet with general favor all over the country.
