The intention of the American Bottle Co., of Woodbury, N. J., is to manufacture bottles by machinery. The greater portion of the stock will be held by the Ashley's Foreign Bottle Co., of London, England; the other stockholders are William E. Smith, of Alton, Ill.; William Brookfield, New York; John P. Whitney, Glassboro; Thomas W. Synnott, Wenonah, N. J., and Albert S. Roe, New York. The capital stock it is said will be $1,000,000.
