Will Have Sanitary Plant.

Details of the proposed move by which the East Liverpool Chamber of Commerce will shortly acquire a long lease term on the Ohio plant of the General Electric Porcelain Co., to be operated as a sanitary plant, have been made public by T. V. Milligan, president of the Chamber of Commerce. Plans for the organization of a stock company to control and promote this enterprise call for incorporation with a capital stock of $50,000. Of this $25,000 is to be sold in East Liverpool. A 30-day option has been secured on the Ohio plant which is located in the West End, East Liverpool. W. J. Mays, well known Wheeling pottery, formerly associated with the late Charles W. Franzheim, and an experienced sanitary expert, has been retained as manager.
