Brunt Pottery to be Reorganized

The seven-kiln plant of the Brunt Pottery Co. in East Liverpool has been sold by the trustees, H. N. Harker and W. L. Smith, to William S. Brunt, formerly president of the company. The company will be reorganized, placed on a solid basis and in a few months will be ready for business. The transaction was the outcome of differences of opinion among the stockholders of the company, the majority of whom were members of the Brunt family, and the entire matter was allowed to go through the courts in order that a new start might be made. The property is advantageously situated, and there is no doubt that the pottery will be placed in operation and soon regain the prestige it held in the domestic trade for so many years.
