Personal Mentions.

The little girls of Sandford and Garrard streets will give a fete for the benefit of the Children's Home, next Thursday evening, at the Cooper homestead, now occupied by Mrs. Evans, corner of Sixth and Greenup streets. The young misses will have the beautiful grounds illuminated, and will offer for sale seasonable refreshments, and will strive to make the evening pleasant to all who may favor them with a visit.
