LOCAL MATTERS.

HEMINGRAY'S glass-works have again sustained a loss at the hands of a thief. They had four white-glass shades stolen from them yesterday. The thief was arrested at the Cincinnati end of the bridge, and is now confined in the Hammond-st. station house, in that city. He will probably be brought over to-day.
