Glass Ball Shooting.

A better showing was reflected on the gunners yesterday afternoon, using the "Priesthoff Trap." A prominent member of the Seventh-street Church, out of twenty balls sprung made a final disposition of fifteen. Barney Trenkamp ranked second, coming between the member and Mr. Hauser, the teacher, so as to be in good company. A Flaute, Jacob Schaller, and Herman Arlinghaus wanted a crowd of their own, and finished the small end of the list on the principle of "He who fights and runs away, may live to fight another day." They will have some balls for another match. The trap worked admirably; and any person desirous of practicing at glass balls can make one at a cost not exceed one dollar in a few hours. Henry, that is Priesthoff, will take pleasure in showing any one how very easily they can be made.
