The California Glass Works, of Los Angeles, Cal., was incorporated recently with a capital stock of $150,000. Of this amount $700 is paid up. The following directors are named: J. G. Orth, John Morris, Wm. Schade, M. L. Orcutt, Chas. L. Eshelman, J. D. Taggart and Shirley Moore.
