RUSHING REPAIRS AT FRY PLANT
No. 1 furnace, of the H. C. Fry Glass Co.'s plant, Rochester, Pa. was put out Monday of this week for repairs.
It is said the cap was falling, and the work was deicded on now so as to have the furnace in first class condition for the big rush of work awaiting it for the balance of the season. While the furnace is down, a new bench will also be put in.
The work is progressing very rapidly, and the furnace will be ready for work Dec. 26, it is expected.
