CONTRACT REPORTED

TO BUY GLASS UNITS

Contracts have been entered into the purchase of the entire assets and business of Hemingray Glass Company of Muncie, Ind., manufacturers of glass insulators, and of substantially all the assets of the O'Neill Machine Company of Toledo, O., manufacturers of glass bottle blowing machines of the vacuum type. It was announced yesterday by William E. Levis, president of Owens-Illinois Glass Company.
