The Covington Glass Works, Covington, Ky., resumed operations on Feb. 18, 1899, after an idleness of three weeks, caused by the creditors of the company asking for a receiver. W. H. Brown, of Fairmount, representing a new company, had secured a lease on the property. The company employed 50 people
