POTTERY NOTES.

The employes [sic] employees of R. Thomas & Sons Co., East Liverpool, struck last week in support of the demand of a few laborers for an increase in wages. Seventeen of the instigators of the trouble were discharged but the matter was amicably arranged afterward.
