The two factories, Nos. 3 and 4, of the Whitall Tatum Company, at South Millsbille, N. J., are being razed and as soon as the work is completed construction on a new tank will be started. The company is dismantling its plant at Stroudsburg, Pa., and all available material will be used in building the new tank.
