The Western Glass Mfg. Co., of Denver, Col., has just been incorporated; capital stock, $100.000; directors, Frank R. Ashley, John H. Porter, M. W. Gano, H. C. Jones, S. Frank Palmer, Michael Nester, Gerald Hughes. The capital stock of the concern will be increased from $50,000 to $100,000 and the capacity of the works doubled.
