ATLANTIC CITY, N. J., July 4. — The glass bottle blowers' association of America decided at its session to-day to affiliate with the American Federation of Labor. The question of amalgamating with the flint glass workers was laid over one year. It was also decided that work should cease at 4 o'clock on Saturdays, instead of 5.
