Cards are out announcing the marriage of Mr. Chant V. Shinkle, son of Mr. Vincent Shinkle, to Miss Leora [sic] Leona Percival, the accomplished daughter of Mr. Henry S. Percival. The date set is Tuesday evening, November 25, the ceremony to be performed at Mr. Percival's residence on West Tenth street.
