Criminal Court.

 

The November term of the Kenton Criminal Court convened this morning, Judge George G. Perkins presiding.

John Felthaus, Deputy Sheriff, was sworn in to summon jurors.

Wm. Gildehaus, J. W. Sanger, M. P. Smith, Chas. McDonald, E. D. Albro, and Robert Hemingray excused from serving on the petit jury — the Sheriff to summon six others.

The following list of gentlemen summoned as Grand Jurors was returned by the Sheriff: Joseph Noonan, foreman; W. C. Hamilton, John E. Clendenning, E. J. Starr, Julius H. Deglow, F. S. Nigman, C. A. Culbertson, R. C. Stewart, Patrick Curley, B. M. J. Platt, wm. S. Nock, John Mabus, Thos, J. Baldwin, W. A. Crawford, A. Pope Sandford, and Jacob Kyle. The Grand Jurors were sworn in and charged.
