D. Henry Osborne of Annapolis, Md., formerly of Victor, who has held many executive positions with the Locke Insulator corporation, has taken a position with the Franklin Pottery company at Norristown, Pa., making the change about the first of June.

Osborne worked at Franklin Pottery 1926 until the company was dissolved in 1929. Then he joined Porcelain Insulator Corp. (PINCO) at Lima, NY where he later became vice-president. |
