AKRON, O. — Officials of the Ohio Insulator Company where strike violence flared last week, issued a statement today refusing to arbitrate as long as the plant is under the threat of "mob violence."

The officials said they would arbitrate "as soon as American citizens are protected in their right to go and come freely from their work."
