Victor Insulators make renovations and improvements

The Victor Insulators, Inc. is now engaged in installing an additional boiler, a new 80 foot chimney and is also repairing stucco on the plant. These improvements are following successful advancement in the new industry, that succeeded the former Locke Insulator Company which closed down during the depression.
