Buys Insulator Plant

 

HUNTINGTON — The Jeffery-Dewitt Insulator Corp, of Kenova, now the property of the McGraw Electric Co. of Chicago, will continue to operate under the same management.

President Max McGraw said yesterday his firm has purchased the Kenova company, one of the nation's largest manufacturers of electrical porcelain. W. L. Stinson will continue as manager.

The firm, founded 33 years ago, has 325 employees.
