Samuel Oakman of Cheshire, Mass., last week sued William B. Baldwin and Richard A. Burget and the addandum is $25,000. The suit grows out of the operating of a glass plant at Cheshire in which Mr. Baldwin had some financial interest. Oakman owned the patents and had put considerable money in the venture.
