Supreme Court - January Term. — The Supreme Court convened yesterday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Present, Chief Justice White, Emerson, and Boreman, Associate Justices, Chas. A. Gould, Clerk, and United States Deputy Marshall Smith.

Len Wines et al. vs. Benjamin C. Stevens et al. Argued by Whitney, for appellants, and Hemingray for respondents. Submitted.
