Will Not Be Remanded.

The motion to remand the suit of C. H. Over & Co. and several insurance companies against the bake Erie & Western Railway Company to the Delaware circuit court from the United States court at Indianapolis was over­-ruled by Judge Baker. The suit was to recover $75,000 damages of the railway company, the complaint being made that the Over glass factory was fired by a spark from one of their engines.
