TRUSTEES' SALE.


Whereas Charles Davey and Susanna M. Davey, his wife, of Salt Lake City and County, Utah Territory, by their certain deed of trust, dated May 28th, 1873, and duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said Salt Lake county, in Book E of mortgages, at pages 1167, 68, 69, 70, conveyed to the undersigned Trustees certain real estate, situated in said city, county, and Territory, described as follows, to-wit: "The west (½) half of lot one (1) in block twenty-three (23) containing one-hundred (100) square rods of ground as plotted in the plat A, Salt Lake City Survey."

In trust, however, to secure the payment of a certain promissory note in said deed of trust more fully described:

And Whereas, . . . [illegible text] . . . installments of interest on said note are now remaining wholly due and unpaid, whereby the principal sum of ($750) seven hundred and fifty dollars and the interest at (1½) one and a-half per-cent per month from the 28th day of May, 1875 are wholly due and unpaid;

And Whereas, it was among other things in said deed of trust provided, that should default be made in payment of said interest on said note, or any part thereof, . . . [illegible text] . . . the same should become due and payable, then said Trustees should proceed to discharge the . . . [illegible text] . . . of said trust;

And Whereas, Christian A. Dahl, the legal owner and holder of said note and deed of trust, has requested the undersigned to proceed to sell said premises, in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust;

Now, therefore, we the undersigned, as Trustees as aforesaid, at the request of the said Dahl, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of said deed of trust, will on Monday, the (6th) sixth day of December, 1875, at the south door of the County Court House, in Salt Lake City, Utah Territory, at 12 o'clock noon of that day, sell the said described property at public sale to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, to satisfy said deed of trust and the terms thereof.
